Gender: Male
My name is Shahriar Rahman Ananya and I am a primary care network (PCN clinical pharmacist) working for the Eastleigh Southern Parishes Network Ltd. I have been a general pharmaceutical council (GPhC) registered pharmacist since 2014. I am an independent prescriber having completed my practice certificate in independent prescribing in August 2020 from University of Reading. Having worked in community pharmacy for several years, I joined Eastleigh Southern Parishes Network Ltd. in October 2020 as part of the PCN Pharmacy team.
As a clinical pharmacist, I carry out structured medication reviews, run clinics in different surgeries within the PCN and also form part of a multidisciplinary team. The PCN role is constantly evolving, and it is a great opportunity to develop as a clinical pharmacist and to be a part of such a great team.
